A Tithi is a lunar day in the Vedic calendar, defined by a 12° angular difference between the Sun and Moon. Each lunar month contains 30 Tithis — 15 in the waxing phase (Shukla Paksha) and 15 in the waning phase (Krishna Paksha). Tithis govern auspicious timings for festivals, fasting, rituals and daily life in the Hindu tradition.
This Tithi Calendar is offered freely by Dharma Path USA Foundation as a seva to the community. Calculations follow classical Vedic astronomical methods using Lahiri Ayanamsha. Questions? Email us at seva@dharmpathusa.com.
